The air conditioning unit blowing directly on the bed was uncomfortable, and there was an issue with electricity when using the iron, which required assistance from the front desk to reset the breaker.

Totally not acceptable. Absolutely could’ve used an upgrade or something special for my troubles. This was barely worth my time, honestly.
